We do not process sensitive information from our members such as credit card numbers. We do not collect or store information from credit card processors.

We do share our mailing list sparingly to other local equestrian member groups with which we partner to bring you equestrian-related news. In this event, there will always be a link to opt-out at the bottom of any e-news mailing either from us or our partners. We have implemented appropriate and reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Web Site is at your own risk. 5. Collecting Information from Minors.
We do encourage riders under 18 years of age to enjoy our events. The only information we collect that pertains to minors is our ‘Junior Rider Signature Form’. This is a required document that the parent or guardian of riders under 18 years of age must fill out and submit to GDETF before each event. The information to provide includes the junior rider’s name, age, parent/guardian name and a sponsor name, if the rider is under 16 years of age. Other than this form, we do not solicit data from children under 18 years of age.
